How to respond to a survey?

This article outlines how to respond to a survey that has been sent to you.

To respond to a survey you must have the respondent role. 

1. Log in to your account and navigate to the "Survey" tile on the left navigation bar. 

 

2. Here you will see an overview of all the surveys that you have received as a respondent. If the status is "Open" for a survey, you can click the "Submit response" button to get started. 

 

3. At the top of the survey response page, you will be able to see some information about the survey that you are responding to such as the name of the survey, the survey creator and the deadline. To see all the information provided about the survey click the "Show more" button and a modal will pop up showing you all of the provided information. 

 

4. Enter your answers to the questions on the first page (if there are multiple pages) and then click on "Next page".

 

5. You can fill in the final answers on the other pages and once you are happy with your answers, click the "Submit survey" button at the bottom of the page.

You can also use the "Previous" button at the bottom to go back to previous answers on other pages

 

6. You will see a final confirmation modal that checks whether you are ready to submit your survey. If you are happy with your answers, click the "Send " button. 

You will then receive a success notification to let you know your survey has been submitted without any issues.
