How to initialize an environment (primary admin)

Setting up the environment is a crucial task that is done by the primary admin (the first admin to enter the system). Until this task is completed, the rest of the system is essentially unusable (can't upload data or analyses), so we advise that you do this at the start.

1. After getting the email to join the environment, make an account

2. Login to your account

3. Go to Settings > Account and find the key pair section. 

4. Click on the "Generate key pair" button. (.sk explanation + downloaded only once).

5. Invite approvers and wait for all to generate their keys (this permission can only be assigned in this phase)

6. Confirm the approvers by clicking "Confirm approvers" and sign this with the secret key you downloaded.

 

7. System is ready to use. 

This allows the primary admin to efficiently set up the environment and make it operational. If further assistance is needed, please contact our support team by filing a ticket.
